Jennifer, Steve, and Bill (the Manager) in the office are awesome. Other than my high rent increase when renewing my lease this past May (which I believe this is happening at most places right now given the economic climate), my experience the last year has been AMAZING. My experience initially was not great but acceptable (completely different office staff than now), especially given the fact that I moved in at the beginning of Covid. Having said all of the above, it was surprising and enlightening to find out how competitive Arbor Lakes Apartments is in the area we live given the quality they provide. Provide prompt and professional work on a regular basis with great respect and consideration for my premises. The management team goes beyond any reasonable limits usually provided including assistance in personal needs they are aware. To my great surprise, I and my family have been greatly and happily surprised by the quality, respect and timely considerations we have received by staff for any number of request we have made during our stay.
